How we help your business

- Compete against other businesses and gain brand awareness/exposure through increased well-being initiatives.

- Individuals who exercise regularly are more confident they can handle the interaction of their work and home life and are less likely to be stressed at work [1]

- 17.1 million work days lost due to stress, depression or anxiety and musculoskeletal disorders accounted for the majority of days lost due to work-related ill health in 2022/23. [2]

- On average, each person suffering took around 15.8 days off work. This varies as follows: [2]

  • 6.6 days for Injuries
  • 17.8 days for Ill health cases
  • 19.6 days for Stress, depression or anxiety
  • 13.9 days for Musculoskeletal disorders

- A loss in productivity can be more significant when one team member does not produce as the remaining members of the team have to make up the difference. [3]

- 66% of employees will leave their jobs if they feel underappreciated [4]

How we help your employees

We help directors, team leaders, employees and the HR department better manage their time spent working vs working on themselves to improve their quality of life.

Through weekly coaching, they will slowly start to implement healthy habits into their busy work life without the overwhelm.

During the 8 weeks of the challenge, they will gain clarity on how to live a healthier lifestyle, and how to maintain it even when times get tough.

- Energy levels and concentration

- Productivity

- Confidence and self-efficacy

- Mental health and physical fitness

- Reduced sick days and time off annually

- Team morale and work relationships
